Did anyone watch the new series?

I watched about the first 10 minutes of it. I have it DVR'ed, but i had to go to bed, so I will watch the rest of it at a later time. It looks like it will be good tho.

What do yall think?

It's pretty good. I much prefer the BBC series so I kept comparing it in my head the whole time. I had to keep reminding myself that different isn't necessarily bad. I will be watching more.

it is a bit tedious if you ask me

and his accent is annoying.

It is modern day Sherlock Holmes

Holmes had been an advisor if I am not mistaken for the Scotland Yard. He was brilliant at solving murders but went on a drug bender. His old man hires Watson to guide him thru sobriety.

He ends up in the US and one of the cops who he knew thru SY hires him to help solve cases.

I watched the first episode of this tonight, premiered in the UK. Pretty good, I liked the modern twist to it, worked relatively well. it might one day become a little repetitive but for now it's promising.
