I make quite a lot of omelette's I'm just thinking is this bad because I heard if you eat to much eggs you get high cholesterol.

Even though omelette is healthy, are the eggs? :p.

here ya go :

A study published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition showed that risk of cardiovascular disease in men and women did not increase with increasing egg consumption. In fact, it showed quite the opposite. From their findings of analyzing more than 27,000 subjects, they indicated that the egg consumers actually had lower serum cholesterol levels than those subjects who abstained from eggs.

I've read conflicting stories about eggs and cholesterol. You can always do egg white omelettes for a healthier alternative.

You are perfectly fine to eat eggs w/o limits as long as your doctor hasn't recommended against it. Hold on...lemme see if I can find the article on it.

Ugh...can't find it, but I know it's addressed somewhere on the South Beach Diet website.
