as a designer, I think Dyson rocks - beautiful and innovative products. Bit pricey though.

My mom got me a Dyson for my birthday, and it was seriously the best gift I've ever been given in my entire life. Sounds pretty lame, but I use that thing 5-6 times a week. I love it. I'm glad they're doing well... companies that actually make a decent product, should do well.

Yep, our Dyson became the same way. About four years ago, we bought the model that is supposedly excellent for houses with pets. It progressively lost suction, despite our constant maintenance towards it. Today, it hardly picks up anything.
