Claude Arnold, special agent in charge talking about Kevin Kozak, a ICE agent shot at in the ICE Los Angeles office by another ICE agent, and agent Kozak being in the hospital after the shooting (the shooter, another ICE agent was shot dead at the office)

WTF???
So any other LEO who gets shot and doesn't pull through decided to succumb to their injuries?
Take two to the head and don't pull through, what, you just felt like dying and giving up???
This Mr. Arnold really chose a bad choice of words IMO and owes an apology to ANY family member of a LEO killed in the line of duty.
