When I was at work Wednesday night, 1 of the nurses was going out on a smoke break and came back inside looking for security. She said the windows in her mini-van were busted out. So we all automatically went out to the parking lot checking our vehicles to make sure they were okay. There was another vehicle, a Trailblazer that had Oklahoma tags on it that had the back hatch window busted out too. So we all assumed someone was going thru the parking lot and picking random cars and vandalizing them. Im so thankful that my car didnt get touched but I do feel sorry for the 2 that they did get in the parking lot.
I heard on the radio on the way to work last night (thursday night) that within 1 hour Wednesday night that the police dept had received over 100 phone calls saying that their vehicles had had the windows busted out. The police I talked to last night said there has been over $45,000 worth of damages to vehicles. The police (one that was working security last night) said that 2 guys were caught and they were high on meth and were competing against each other to see who could shoot out the most windows.
Here is a little more info I found on the news website:

Hot Springs - Authorities in Hot Springs are investigating a rash of overnight vandalism in the Spa City.

Police say starting around 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, a person—or persons—armed with a slingshot or air-gun, shot out more than 100 windows around town.

Church vans, funeral homes and even the Garland County Sheriff's Department suffered damage overnight. Authorities say the property targeted appears to have been chosen at random.

Police say they have never seen anything of this magnitude before. So far they have received 50 reports of criminal mischief.

(Cpl. McCrary Menas, Hot Springs Police) “I believe we have someone very foolish. Seemingly this time of year with the holidays, people get foolish and that's what they are out doing.”

Property owners around Hot Springs spent much of Thursday cleaning up broken glass.

If you have any information, you’re asked to call the Hot Springs Police Department at (501) 321-6742.
