I dreamt that I was tied to a tree and a guy in black robes was feeding me mayonnaise. o.o

I barely ever remember my dreams either.

I don't remember many dreams except for the crazy Nyquil-induced ones.

The nightmares, though, I usually remember...I've had 2 that were so real that they scared me. One was that I was shot in the neck during a robbery attempt at a Burger King (which I don't eat at, so I don't know why I was there). The other was that I was being raped...I could literally FEEL the guys hands around my neck and woke up and couldn't figure out if I had dreamt it or if it had really happened. I was out of sorts for several minutes and finally figured out it was just a nightmare. Scariest dream EVER!!!

I sometimes have lucid dreams where I realize I am dreaming and actively take part in the dream. That's freaking AWESOME! I go to bed every night hoping for lucid dreams. I dream something every night, but cannot always recall details - but those lucid dreams are amazing.

Anybody see the movie Inception? Looooved that flick.

I just saw Inception for the first time on Monday. Awesome movie, and to think I almost turned it off five minutes in.

As for lucid dreaming, I distinctively remember doing it on a handful occasions. But other than that, it's not common for me.

A couple of times I have partially awakend with visions of dreams still in the room with me - they gradually fade, but I try to keep them visible as long as I can. That's really freaky and exciting beyond description.

I've noticed that I've been able to lucid dream in that phase between being awake and being asleep.
