I look in the mirror only to find,
you staring back at me.
those accusing eyes,
see all that I hide.
The tears, the fear, the deceit.

A happy mask covers my face,
it seems to be glued into place.
So many doubts,
trying to sort them out.
No luck in finding my way.

I say I love you ,
and get no reply.
I wonder if you do.

So much to do in so little time,
we fight for no reason nor follow a rhyme.
I’m scared and confused,
I don’t know what to do.
Stumbling to find my way.

What should be happy days,
has us running around in a craze.
Whats to become of us.

Why are we together…why are we even here
whisper the answer; make things clear.

you pick, I nag….
we go from day to day….
I’m starting to feel as if I don’t know what to say.

I’m lost …. and just wanna come home.
