Donations Flyer?

I need to make a donations flyer.. However, Im not sure how to do it. Can anyone help? Its for my son's team (Austin's Hope) for the Walk Now for Autism event. Its to be held on May 3rd and I have spoken to a few business owners that are gonna let me put a donation Jar up, so I need something to go with it.. Anyone wanna take a shot?

Yea, I like last years.. But I dont know what to say on the flyer.. Basically it needs to go on a jar to get donations for his team and Im clueless about how to word it correctly.

I would keep it simple something along the lines of:

Please support the Walk For Autism/Autism Speaks foundation, 1 of every 150 children born will be diagnosed with this elusive and difficult to treat disorder.

Every penny goes to legislation and research into a cure for Autism, if you don't donate to help our team, you might be donating to help a family who doesn't know there's hope.
