So, I came home last night and saw a giant pink monstrosity in the dining room...it was dark so I thought it was a baby stroller from the back. Apparently the neighbor brought it for me.

But lo...a baby stroller it is not...

It's literally this thing but with no black on it, all flaming hot pink. I put my dog in it just for laughs and he about shit himself.
Is this normal?? Would you walk your dog in a stroller? :24:

*facepalm*

I suppose it might be useful if you wanted to take your dog somewhere within walking distance, but for some reason didn't want to just put them on a lead and walk them there :ninja

Say if they'd been bitten by a zombie and you couldn't risk them nipping at other people's ankles.

Lol it's horrible because everyone thinks Dexter is a girl; he's floofy and small, but that stroller is so pink it's nauseating (and I love pink!)...

I just can't think of a scenario outside of having a disabled dog or going for a very long walk an older/smaller dog might not be able to handle :dunno maybe I'm not seeing it.

The cage part detaches as a carrier, which is helpful to me, but he doesn't fit in it :p

There is a woman who sometimes sits outside my local tesco who has a dog stroller.

I always think the dog has a bit of an amused look on his face about it.

No that's what I think lol. They have legs, they need exercise...I'd hope people wouldn't think that counted as a walk :p

I see a woman who must live near me, taking her dog out. It's the opposite way though, she is on a mobility scooter and the dog walks. It shouldn't be, but I find it hilarious and giggle every time I see them.

i guess it is ok if you have no car and have a sick dog and need to take to the vet (if it is walking distance)
something like this ok but a nice healthy dog need a good walk

I can see someone like Zsa Zsa Gabor or Paris Hilton or somebody, maybe, but unless the dog had broken bones or something....and even then HOT PINK! If someone gave it to me the first think I'd do is spray paint it......shudder...

It would be something to attract attention, maybe a drag queen could use it in her/his act?

Ugh, that entirely defeats the purpose of walking your dog. It gets no exercise, and I can't imagine the dog actually enjoying the experience. The only people who would find this useful would be silly rich people who buy the stupidest things for their dogs. My dog would hate to be confined to a "stroller" (better described as a cage) like that.

Is your pup a Pom? I must admit that I love poms .... I have to be careful though ... if my Father-in-law saw this post, he would say he is taking away my man card! >:c
