I have lived out where I live for about 19 years. There are twin ladies who were probably teenagers when we moved out here. I see them still at the same house almost every day. They are both married with multiple children. Even though they are getting close to 40 they dress alike every day. Does this not seem odd?

it is very common amongst identical twins
there is a bond beyond friend ship and family that is said to exist

My great-grandmother was a twin. I do not know if they did that or not. I could see doing it occasionally but every day seems a bit much.

I think it's incredibly weird. I think they are just doing that because either A. they've been told that's the way twins are supposed to be. Or B. for attention.

I say this because three of my best friends are triplets, and I've known them for about 6 years. They are identical triplets, and they look very similar. But they act very different, they don't dress alike, and they certainly don't plan on living together. I also know two other pairs of twins who are like my triplet friends, but I don't know them as well.

Idk maybe it's different for all twins/triplets/other multiples , but I find it extremely weird.

My Granny is an identical twin. She and her twin do most things together, as far as I can remember they always have. If I ring my Granny and she is not home, my next port of call is her sister's house. They dress similar but not the same, however they have reported dressing the same without discussing what they are going to wear. What may be odd to you, could be perfectly normal for someone else. Perhaps it's all they have ever known and have no desire for individuality in that sense. Old habits die hard as they say.

A friend of mine has two aunts like this. They're in their fifties and do everything together, go shopping, go out to eat, family events, etc. I think it's mostly because they're sisters, both around the same age, and are divorced.

I think it's peculiar but that's probably just because it isn't something you see everyday.

My sister and I aren't twins... but we dress alike to planned events, throw themed little parties, and buying matching stuff all the time. I dunno, I don't think it's weird, I think it's just fun and cute
