Does Anyone Else Find This Tacky & In Bad Taste?

Just seen an advert where there's a free Pavarotti CD being given away in tomorrow's newspaper. It seems that recently deceased musicians are always having free CDs given away in newspapers. Kind of almost makes me wish Noel Gallagher would die so I can get a free Oasis CD! :confused

If the executor of the musicians estate allows it, I don't see the problem. Legally ya can't do a damn thing about it anyway.
