We are now entering into a new year. A lot of people use thia pwriod to evaluate their past lige and then make new decisions. Some people do annual resets, like new year's resolutions, others trust the flow. How often do you rethink your direction in life or work? Do you follow a set schedule or only reflect when something feels off?

By the end of the year, I not only reassess my gone days but also make plans ahead. I try to make realistic goals, I try to avoid the mistakes I committed in the last one year, or beyond that.

Yes, I usually take time each year to review my goals and progress. It helps me adjust priorities, drop what’s no longer serving me, and set new objectives that align better with my current circumstances and long-term plans.

I always re-asses the goals that I made the previous year. That always includes the goals I failed to achieve, and why I couldn't achieve them. I then set new goals for the new year.
