I work as an online freelancer, and being online can be exhausting. It adversely affects my mental health, especially when I see negative news. This is why I practice digital detoxing. I try not to be online at times to protect my mental health. Many people also do it. They limit screen time and spend more time with nature. Do you practice digital detoxing?

I try to keep some balance, but I’m not strict about it. I take breaks when I feel overloaded, step away from screens, and do something offline to clear my head. It helps reset my focus without feeling like a full detox routine.
