Do You Make Music?

Not so much in the recent years now, but I have been making music since the age of 14. I am now 23 years old and have a whole library of music that I have had played on several radio stations, and I consider myself to be talented. Of course, those attributes are seen as more or less nothing in the music industry though, which is why I am not in the mainstream charts.

I make a whole host of different genres, and I produce this music using my computer. I have software called Fruity Loops installed and it is really easy to make music on that piece of software. I make house music, chill out music, jazz, neo-soul - anything that needs to be expressed really.

I personally compose and write lyrics to my songs and then hand them over to my producer and he makes the beats to them. Sometimes he even makes a beat and asks me to write something on it. I have been writing my own songs since the age of 10. I worked with a producer when I was 16, but things didn't really turn out great and now my current producer wrote to me not so long ago and said he would be interested in working with me and we have been working together ever since.

Whoops, I didn't see this thread beforehand and created a new one instead.
I'm also using FL Studio to try to make some music, mostly Drum 'n' Bass and occasionally Jungle, though sometimes I do try to produce in a different music genre, such as Dubstep and Jumpstyle.
I started making music only 11 months ago, so I don't have a whole lot of experience yet, though I haven't given up yet, so I'm slowly improving over time.

No, but I used to run my own internet radio station a number of years ago playing a mixture of unsigned music and talk shows, it was the top unsigned radio station in the world playing unsigned music (with no signed music). I now have just started a site promoting rock & metal genres and hope to get into promoting events in the UK very soon.
