Do you listen to internet radio?

I have a friend that owns an internet radio station and was wondering how many people listen and from where.

The government is trying to fuck with internet radio. I wrote my senator and hope everyone does the same.

I dunno... i guess its just easier to pop in an mp3 or turn on the radio.

I have been in contact with all my reps...as have MANY others in my other group. What is it that you like about Pandora?

My friends station is pretty cool, its mostly 80's and newer music (some random older stuff) its all automated requests.

I also listen to Pandora occasionaly. Boomer turned me on to it. I like it because it's free and it only plays the kinds of music you want to listen to.

what kind of music do you listen to?

Pretty much you enter a band that you like and pandora will play their music and other bands that have the same musical qualities. So you get to hear some bands you never heard about. so it actually helps some artists.

yeah that is cool....I personally like alot of variety.

Pretty much anything, but I prefer metal or hard rock. And some indie rock is good.

I never really got into the indie stuff until recently, its definately a hidden treasure.

Every now and then I do. I listen to 98.9 The Bear - Your ROCK Station! (fort wayne, in rock station) and www.x103.com (Indy's new rock/alternative station).

Only at home on my FiOS though, because the DSL at work is slow... and there is a radio right by the computer.
