To be honest with you, I disliked to eat vegetables. I only like to eat grilled fish, deep fried chicken and beef stew. I learned to like eating vegetables when I visited in Auckland, New Zealand. People there eat different varieties of vegetables, so I don't have a choice but to eat too. They seldom buy fish, beef or chicken so I felt weak. However, when I went back to my home country, I realized how important vegetables are so from that day onward, vegetables are part of our dish. I now enjoy eating vegetables.

I am a vegetarian by choice. My family eats chicken and fish..I would cook non veg for them twice a week. I love fish and I would have them once in a while. I avoid meat as much as possible for health reasons. Plant based proteins and eggs are good enough for me. I love vegetables and my diet has a good noticeable part as veggies of different kinds.

I am now loving vegetables, especially spinach, cauliflower, squash, carrots, potatoes, green peas, and more. I mostly eat vegetables rather than meat, but fish is always present in every meal, even in breakfast time.

Seriously, I can't help but like meat. I feel like it gives me something to look forward to whenever I eat other foods, because it is the meat I usually eat last. So yeah, bring both the vegetables and the meat please 🥺

I read one article few years. People go for non vegetarian food for a protein rich diet. Animal protein need lots of fibers to be digested and assimilated in the protein. So, have enough vegetables and salads when you have meat for the protein to be digested and assimilated well.

I stopped eating meat two years ago as I started disliking it , I don't know the reason. My wife is pure vegetarian and have never eaten meat in her life whereas my kids eat meat occassionally and whenever they have an urge to eat non vegetarian food we order it from outside we never cooked it at home.
