A lot of people drink tea for taste but you should be drinking for health. Tea is rich in antioxidants, which protect cells from damage caused by free radicals and toxins. These powerful compounds help fight aging, reduce inflammation, and support overall health. Add tea to your routine for a natural health boost

Even choosing which tea to drink is a health benefit, in my opinion. It's good to take a moment and ask "What do I want? What will make me happy?" even if the decision is as small as which tea you prefer that day!

I drink tea for health. Green tea boosts my energy and metabolism, while chamomile helps me relax. I love how different teas support digestion, immunity, or stress relief, it’s a simple ritual with real wellness benefits.

I don't drink tea at all. I prefer other kinds of beverages. For example, I like to drink flavoured milk. Banana flavoured milk, chocolate flavoured milk, etc are some of my favourite milk. I also drink juices as well.
