Many people see yoga just as a light workout, but the purpose of yoga is so much deeper. Yoga, a Sanskrit word meaning union, connects the body, mind, and soul. The true goal of yoga is enlightenment. But even without that, yoga helps us perfect our mental and physical health. It’s not just about poses, it’s about presence, awareness, and balance.

No, I don't do yoga. While I recognize its benefits for flexibility and relaxation, I prefer other forms of exercise like swimming and walking for my fitness routine.

No, I don't do yoga. I do meditate and I think that there are various exercises that can replace yoga. Having said that, if you want to be mentally sharp and maintain good health, then you can eat healthy food and also do healthy mental exercises. These are good alternatives of yoga .
