When faced with issues or challenges, it is normal to feel a range of emotions such as frustration, sadness, and anxiety. It is important to acknowledge and process these emotions in a healthy way, rather than bottling them up or ignoring them.

One way to do this is to practice self-care and engage in activities that help you relax and reduce stress, such as meditation, exercise, or spending time in nature. You may also find it helpful to talk to someone you trust, such as a friend, family member, or therapist, about your feelings and concerns.

I have in the past ended up in some situations where it has worried me and in turn, it has got me so worried I have broken down and cried.

As much as the easy option would be to make a plan and solve it, sometimes you are not able to do that and that is why you are faced with the emotions that you are because you honestly do not see any solution.

When I face issues, I will try to calm down and think about the cause and possible solution to the problem. When needed, I will talk to my close friend and share my feelings with her.

You are on point with all your suggestions. No need to cry just look for a way to forge ahead you would do better.

It is normal to cry when you are unhappy or depressed. Emotions are difficult to contain. It can help in the release of your bad emotions. Crying does not indicate weakness. However, after crying, take some time to relax or do something fun.

I am one person that believes that people should not bottle up the issues they are having. If they have to cry, they should do so. In my culture, they say that men don't cry. But I actually cry when it is too much for me.

Yes, I do cry when I face issues. It's a natural response for me to release emotions and process challenges, especially when things feel overwhelming. It's part of how I cope and find a way to heal.

I am tough guy, I don't cry when I am in difficult situation or in pain. When I am in difficult situation I rather vent anger.
