I was at the bank a few minutes ago. I was turning in some change. I had a roll of quarters and a roll of dimes. The clerk took my change and placed a $20 bill and a $5 bill on the counter. I reached for it, looked more closely and pushed it back toward him saying "that is incorrect." He thanked me for my honesty. I easily could have walked out with an extra 10 dollars but I do not roll that way. I believe being less than honest will bite you.

I do believe in karma. The lady at the hotel I stayed at said "that's you" when I checked out. I knew fine well I was owe money and I said so. I got a kick under the table from my companion but I don't roll like that.

Karma is a force not to be played with. I know plenty people who karma will get and get good. I look forward to the day it does. Its all they deserve.

I don't believe in karma per se, but it seems only natural that if you do shitty things to people, you'll eventually be unhappy.

I believe in karma full force. I've already told my stories a couple of times on here, though. ;)

I don't believe in karma... I just believe in doing the right thing because that's what I would want others to do.

My wife and I talked about this the other day. She fully believes in Karma while I do not fully believe in it. I believe that attitude does reflect itself upon us all, I have witnessed "good" things happen to "bad" people and "bad" things happen to "good" people.

I imagine that life is mixed with karma, chaos, cause and effect, luck ... and so forth.

Considering some banks make their employee's cough up a shortage like that due to their mistake yes l think you did good because you may have saved that employee some coin.
But if l was sure that no employee would suffer any backlash l MIGHT have considered keeping my mouth shut.
No its not being honest but l have little respect for the banking world and most involved in it.
They would steal anyone blind and expect you to be happy when they are doing it.
But well done.....

l believe in fate. If things are meant to be they'll be.
At least that's the way I've tried to adjust my thinking about things in general.
If l don't get something or if things don't go the way l figure, l fluff it off as fate and most times it works out for the better.

Tellers normally have to make up any shortages. A case where you only harm the little guy if you pocket the money. Banking as an industry is corrupt on that we can agree.
