Daily prayers, fasting, or weekly gatherings create structure and predictability in life. Some find this calming, while others feel pressure to perform. How do religious routines affect emotional wellbeing? Which practices feel supportive rather than stressful in everyday life?

Yes, they often do. Rituals give structure, predictability, and a sense of belonging, which can reduce stress and create emotional grounding. Even simple daily practices or shared community rituals help people feel connected and more secure in uncertain situations.

I think religious rituals provide emotional stability, Believing in religion means you believe there is God, and when you have belief in God, you will feel that there is someone to look after you in your hard times
