Spending holidays with the family is wonderful, but there are times when arguments from the past come back up. Some bad memories are recalled, which bring tension to the supposed-to-be stress-free holidays. It is important to focus on more positive things and set boundaries to avoid conflicts. What do you think?

Yes, and it usually happens because the holidays bring everyone together in one place, often with old dynamics still lingering. Stress, expectations, and nostalgia can mix with unresolved issues, making past conflicts easier to trigger. It’s not always about the argument itself but the emotions tied to it. A little patience and clearer boundaries usually help keep things calmer.

yes, it does but since we all are in a mood for celebration, these arguments never take center stage. After a short burst of heated argument, we all settle down with festivities.
