Believe it not these days there is no fruit and vegetables that is not grown without chemical fertilizer and pesticide. While there are devices that are said to minimize toxicity in fruits and vegetables, one of the easiest ways is to minimize toxicity Soak fruits and vegetables in salt water or a chlorine solution for 20 minutes. This is must especially if you are eating them raw

Dipping your fruits and vegetables in salt water before eating helps remove dirt, pesticides, and tiny insects. You don’t need much, just soak them for 10–15 minutes. It’s a simple step that can make your produce safer and cleaner to eat.

These days you can also buy gadgets that remove toxins from the outer layer of fruits and vegetables. Have you tried them?

This is a habit I've had for several years. I usually soak my fruits and vegetables in salt before eating or cooking them. My ex-partner told me this because they were a supplier of fruits and vegetables. Aside from removing toxins, it can improve the taste.

It’s true, most produce has chemicals. I soak fruits and vegetables in salt water, reducing toxicity before eating them raw.

I don't know if soaking them in the salty water is effective or not. I wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly before eating them raw and I think that's enough
