Constant screen time can drain focus and mood. Have you tried a digital detox? What did you notice about your productivity or sleep?

A digital detox involves taking a break from screens and online activities to focus on real-life interactions and self-care. It reduces stress, improves mental health, enhances productivity, and fosters better sleep. Regular breaks from technology help maintain a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

It is important because it was never normal to be so attached to technology as it is today, so it is good to get away from technology and appreciate the natural and beautiful things in life, although as a technology lover I feel very happy accompanied as always by technology.

In the modern times, I think that it is quite necessary to "detox " your body and keep yourself away from social media. Social media can become toxic to many people. Many people do not get involved in interacting with other people when it comes to real life.

Using devices too much will create a lot of health problems. You need to keep away your devices even for few hours every day

Digital detox can lead to better sleep, reduced stress and anxiety, increased focus and productivity, and stronger relationships.

Because just as humans were not born to be still, they were not born to be 24/7 dependent on technology, social networks, etc. They are good in our lives but it is not advisable to depend 100% on them, because life is not about networks.
