thats all mental....the pills really won't do you any good
your right the pills help for only a short time , what it all comes down to is learning to eat right , the big wait bomb are carbs dump the carbs and you'll dump the pounds. the carbs keep you from burning fat.

let me say this....

I take the phe one.. and I have for the last 2 months. I have lost a total of 16-17 pounds in these two months. I exercise occassionally, havent in the last few weeks because my schedule doesnt allow it. The pills suppress my appetite and help me drink water because it makes your mouth feel like cotton. I have noticed that on the days I DONT take the pills, I get filled up quicker because my stomach has shrunk. Instead of eating a whole burger, I can only eat half. Im not saying these are magic pills or anything, but they work well with me. I know that once I exercise MORE, then I will lose more. BUt like I said, I cant just yet because I have one hell of a screwed up schedule that doesnt allow it. Anyways, they arent all bad pills.

First off, i am a health nut. My suggestion would be cardio and light weights. Cardio (running, brisk walking, biking, something that you can maintain for 20-30 mins) is your ticket to weight loss, along with a healthy diet. No carbs is bad idea because your body metabolizes carbohydrates to use for energy. Light weights will build muscle, and muscles burn calories 24/7. Muscles are very hard to make improvements on, but once you have them, they are easy to maintain. I would have a good mix of protein (chicken, tuna, beans, etc) and complex carbohydrates (fruits, nuts, high fiber cereals, whole grains, not potatos, pastas, that stuff). If you want to lose weight here are some things you will have to cut out: sodas (even diet sodas), fried foods, fast food, saturated fats, and excessive sugary foods.
