Why is it that I have to suffer from back pain when I do shit?

I picked up my rim and tire and pulled it out to the side of the house to wash it while it was off the car and as I went to pick it up to carry it back it felt my leg was about to fall off. fucking a.

My lower back just above my left side hip is now in pain.

But on the plus side Passenger rear pad/rotor = replaced.

Why do I have to have the back pain when I do stuff?

I went to wash my rim out (the inside) while it was off the car so I picked it up and lugged out to the side of the house. Why? I don't know, I have a 75 foot hose. and it's lighter.

Anyway, after washing it i was carrying it back and as I picked it up my hip starts to hurt. I'd almost pulled it yesterday but it felt great all day.

So now just above my hip, that muscle on the left side is hurting like a fucking bastard.


But on the good side of things, rotor/pad on the passenger rear side = replaced. All I have left to do is the front ones and bleed the back one.

james when your back starts to hurt like that, what usually helps for me is I lay on solid ground with my legs bent. That usually just stretches everything out. Oh and have your arms straight out to the side and if you want to stretch it turn your head one way while laying your legs down the other way.
