Developing Nations

I hate it when the media makes a report about a third-world nation and they call it a "developing nation." Meanwhile, the country they're talking about has been developing for thousands of years.

That's what they're called because they're developing industry, which developed countries already have and are usually downsizing in favour of a service-based economy. Pretty simple.
