Sorry it's a few days late, guys. Hopefully you'll all continue to join me in our monthly exercise challenge. December holds lots of temptations w/ all the Christmas goodies. This is the perfect time to make yourself accountable by joining the exercise challenge. So come on and join us...whether you are a new exerciser just getting started, a regular looking for a little extra accountability this season or an experienced workout fiend you are ALL welcome here.

Goal: 2000 minutes

I don't have a minute goal, but I'm out of school and just working full time so I expect a lot from myself until January.

6- 60 straight minutes of yoga and intense kickboxing (omg I'm a red faced sweaty ham-sandwich) :24:s

12- I ended up with about 60 minutes of various free workout videos lol.
13- I plan for one or two 20 minute videos tonight, I need to cut myself some slack

15- 7 minutes running, 20 minutes workout hell (jacks, burpees, kick lunges, crunches, ooomg.)

so I managed to beat my goal. I think I'm going to take January as an opportunity to learn how to life weights. I only lost 10 pounds between Thanksgiving and the New Year, and I was definitely hoping for 15+. Hopefully strength training and tweaking my diet slightly will help with those goals.

These challenges are fun, Tash. They definitely help me get motivated to go out and work out even when I don't want to. Thanks for doing these. :)
