I have no idea how to help with that kinda thing..

I use a template that Jim set up for me when I want to muck around with my page.. I don't deviate from that.

I just delete and reinstalled it. I'm taking the simpleton route and making my index a splash screen and people will just have to click an image to access the blog.

That probably is a lot less work.
