im not familiar with broads.....please explain further, unless its some term used to describe rainbow warriors...then its all yours, or are you referring to the English gold coin minted under the Commonwealth with a bust of Oliver Cromwell on the obverse?

..... in real life are nothing even remotely close to what you are on the internet. You're polite, courteous and extremely helpful almost to the point of being overdone.

The Queen of Knife Toss & I went across the line for a few hours today and enjoyed supper at a neat little joint we used to go to a lot, then went to 4 or 5 stores in the mall and the staff actually looked like they were happy to see us. Not only that they treated us like they actually wanted us to come back again. Even the ones we didn't spend any money in acted happy. It made me nervous actually because I'm not used to it. I like to be treated rudely, I like to be scowled at and I like to be watched like I'm some sort of thief and I just didn't get that sort of service today. If you think I'm kidding I gotta tell you I ended up at a Shell station right after I crossed back into Canada and damn near got in a battle with the stupid clerk... fucking morons. Anywhoo.... enough about that.

Kudos Yanks for being so damn nice in real life.

*** maybe they will get the hint re on-line *** :D

They want you to buy their shit. Thats why they are nice to you.

well the merchants in Canada want us to buy their shit as well and they don't treat the customers anything near what you Americanskies do.

From my own dealings with Canadians in the US (hop and skip across the border when I lived there), they are no better than most Americans abroad. That's not saying much. That said, have some "real life" Canadian friends (AKA not the internet) and they're good people.

It seems you have misunderstood me. I'm not saying Canadians are better when it comes to customer service. If you read what I've said I'm saying the opposite actually.
