Damn cold wind today.

Been blowing since yesterday and still blasting us. Glad the temp warmed up some today. We are at 22 with a wind chill of 3. High gust today was 38 mph but steady 20 or more and drifting the snow around. Only have one area that drifts bad on my lane but I pushed it back twice today and it will need it in the morning again. I need to clear out the snow around my log pile by Monday morning so the Amish guy can cut it up. Would be pointless the way it is swirling snow around out there.

I believe this winter is colder then last winter was, will be happy when spring comes again.

This winter is much milder, we hit 35 and sunny today.

Sure glad the temps are warmer than normal. Wind overnight was blowing 25-35 and that cools things down quick. At least we are still to hit mid 50's over the weekend. Should melt some of this snow which will freeze like a brick next week. The snow came of the barn roof yesterday and you could hear it in the house. Had the dogs all wound up. I need to move the pickup and RTV to bring the skid steer out the end door and clean up a lot of snow from the side door.
