So I am wondering.. Where the hell are his parents, because I think they should have some answering to do for this also.
NELSONVILLE, Ohio (CNN) -- A 13-year-old boy is to be arraigned next week on 128 felony charges stemming from several incidents, including one where the teen allegedly beat a classmate on a school bus when the student threatened to testify against him, Nelsonville police said Thursday.
They have charged Andrew Riley with burglary, theft, vandalism and witness intimidation. He was arrested about two weeks ago, and is staying at a juvenile facility in Zanesville, said Police Chief David Redecker.
Police accuse the seventh-grader of breaking into the homes of people he knows, smashing windows and robbing businesses.
He said Riley had stolen checkbooks from one home. The theft of each check is a felony, driving up the number of charges against him.
Police also found stolen video games and baseball cards at the teen's home.
Police said Riley likely will be tried as a child, so even if he is convicted on all 128 counts, he would likely be freed from jail by the time he is 21.
