doubt it...there are alot of competitors in the search engine business and with Cuil's "advertisement" of the 7 or so former google engineers and the fact that they claim to have a better engine with no disputes thus far...

it's bound to get bought out by a bigger company like AOL or somebody just to try and get back into the headlines and make a push for a better product. Similiar to what Microsoft was doing by attempting to purchase Yahoo awhile back and then with their recent purchase of a different upstart search engine.

So by itself, it's very possible Cuil will fail. But if somebody makes a bid for them, there could be a lot of money changing hands for something that powerful if the advertisements are true.
