If I'd known today what i'd known as a child, I'd of been outback fishing in my aunts brook for Crayfish. I've never ate crayfish before but my aunts brook had them andf my cousins actually tried to keep one as a pet in their fish tank LOL. do they task good?

i wouldn't eat chinese crawfish....only louisiana crawfish 
i like them boiled in seasoning or put in a sauce like you would put shrimp
sometimes they are nasty because of bio accumulation or whatever it is called. but most the time, if you make sure to purge them before you cook them, they are good
not worth peeling and eating though unless you have about three pounds.
