Rape is a type of sexual assault usually involving sexual intercourse, which is initiated by one or more persons against another person without that person’s consent. A person who commits an act of rape is known as a rapist. The act may be carried out by physical force, coercion, abuse of authority or with a person who is incapable of valid consent. Victims of rape can be severely traumatized by the assault and may have difficulty functioning as well as they had been used to prior to the assault, with disruption of concentration, sleeping patterns and eating habits.

You are again trying to side track the matter which relates to countries which have the highest rape cases. America is included in the list...which is published by your own Justice deptt...and doesn't need any endorsement for a third rate site like Wiki....

It's heartening to note that America stands with Lesotho and Pak lags behind you in this matter as well.

Soooo many rapists there.....OMG! Oh! Jeez! help my friend who poses to be a champion of morality ignoring the fact that fire is burning under his own very feet (or is it his arse??)

Good for you to keep scratching your balls, Stone,,that's the best job you could do!

That's a very childish response to a serious problem in Pakistan.

Your nation made rape only illegal in public view.

As
you don't like the black eye...the best way to avoid the black eye is to not prosecute the cases.
Any nation that does not allow dna in rape cases is a nation run by those that are not concerned with rape...but rather protect its image. But given the fact its a shit hole...actually prosecuting rape as you should would help to adavance your nation.
Perhaps you can work on that while you work on the state support of terrorism by eliminating it.

Who says DNA test is not accepted in rape cases in Pak?? Are you outa your mind, idiot??
Pak forensic deptt fully relies on DNA test in rape as well as all other criminal cases....

You talk like a racist and a narrow minded American ( I doubt if you are a real American?) and you and your stony crony look like some notorious terrorists!!

A proof how a rapist is treated in Pak...

Qari Naseer, a 27-year-old teacher at a Quranic school in the city of Mansehra, and two of his friends were arrested on Wednesday and charged with gang-raping a college student (AP). According to Pakistani authorities, Naseer allegedly filmed the attack, which occurred on Monday, and may have blackmailed other victims. Naseer admitted to the rape, telling an AP journalist, "I am feeling shame for doing this act." His lawyer, and attorneys for the other two men, could not be reached for comment.

The Associated Press noted that this is a rare rape case in the country, "where prosecutions are few and victims are often stigmatized," especially when the case involves religious leaders or teachers. However, a crowd outside the Mansehra courthouse pelted the men with bottles of black ink, stones, and tomatoes. They also demanded that the men be hung in public for the crime. According to Pakistan's Express Tribune, the 17-year-old victim of the alleged attack has threatened to commit suicide if the men aren't brought to justice (ET).

Bullshit.. It has nothing to do with the business of the state..It is just an advisory body and no more. It's the elected parliament which makes laws

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rape_statistics#Pakistan
On 12 July 2013, Council of Islamic Ideology of Pakistan dismissed DNA tests as evidence for rapes, and declared that without witnesses no rapes would be recognized.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Council_of_Islamic_Ideology

Council of Islamic Ideology (Urdu: اِسلامی نظریاتی کونسِل) is a constitutional body responsible for giving legal advice on Islamic issues to the Government of Pakistan and the Parliament.

The council has the following functions:[1]

To recommend laws conforming to Qur'an and Sunnah to the Parliament and Provincial Assemblies.
To advise the Parliament, Government of Pakistan, President of Pakistan, or Governor on any question referred to the Council as to whether a proposed law is or is not repugnant to the Injunctions of Islam.
To make recommendations to bring current laws into conformity with Islamic injunctions.
To compile guidance for the Parliament and Provincial Assemblies.

Looks like the legislature of Pakistan is a rubber stamp for Islamicists

All decisions are made by majority vote in the parliament...so-called Islamist don't have a say in business of the state except keep puking like th Pope..
Who cares for them?

As for Wiki, it is not reliable. You cannot superimpose it on the stats provided by your Justice deptt which even I will accept as of worth.

Moreover, by quoting rape cases in Pak or elsewhere you the Americans cannot save yourself from the ignominy of that most heinous of crimes called RAPE. It seems to form a part of your culture? That is alarming and you should go out in the street and protest!

Here is some more news from your Justice dept....you may now compare it with others...but you are not much behind Lesotho or even if you are you would soon be catching up with them if the trend is not curtailed.

This Recipe Is:

Here's an easy method for quickly cooking fish fillets. We love the simplicity of just using salt and pepper to season the flour for dredging, but feel free to get creative and experiment with other seasonings. If you like a little heat, add a pinch of cayenne; for a smoky flavor, add a touch of smoked paprika; try white pepper, a common ingredient in Chinese cooking, instead of black pepper.

A proof how a rapist is treated in Pak...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rape_in_Pakistan

Rape in Pakistan came to international attention after the politically sanctioned rape of Mukhtaran Bibi.[1][2] The group War Against Rape (WAR) has documented the severity of rape in Pakistan, and the police indifference to it.[3] According to Women's Studies professor Shahla Haeri, rape in Pakistan is "often institutionalized and has the tacit and at times the explicit approval of the state".[4] According to a study carried out by Human Rights Watch there is a rape once every two hours[5] and a gang rape every eight.[6] According to lawyer Asma Jahangir, who is a co-founder of the women's rights group Women's Action Forum, up to seventy-two percent of women in custody in Pakistan are physically or sexually abused.

The group War Against Rape (WAR) has documented the severity of the rape problem in Pakistan and of police indifference to it.[8] WAR is an NGO whose mission is to publicize the problem of rape in Pakistan; in a report released in 1992, of 60 reported cases of rape, 20% involved police officers. In 2008 the group claimed that several of its members were assaulted by a religious group as they tried to help a woman who had been gang raped identify her assailants.

According to Women's Studies professor Shahla Haeri, rape in Pakistan is "often institutionalized and has the tacit and at times the explicit approval of the state"

Just a few of the cases where rapes are sanctioned in Pakistan
In 2002, 30-year-old Mukhtaran Bibi was gang raped on the orders of the village council as an "honor rape" after allegations that her 12-year-old brother had had sexual relations with a woman from a higher caste.[20] Although custom would expect her to commit suicide after being raped,[21][22][23] Mukhtaran spoke up, and pursued the case, which was picked up by both domestic and international media. On 1 September 2002, an anti-terrorism court sentenced 6 men (including the 4 rapists) to death for rape. In 2005, the Lahore High Court cited "insufficient evidence" and acquitted 5 of the 6 convicted, and commuted the punishment for the sixth man to a life sentence. Mukhtaran and the government appealed this decision, and the Supreme Court suspended the acquittal and held appeal hearings.[24] In 2011, the Supreme Court too acquitted the accused.

In 2005 a woman claimed to have been gang raped by four police officers for refusing to pay them a bribe so her husband would be released from prison. One officer was arrested and three have disappeared.

A 23-year-old woman in Faisalabad made public accusations against the police, saying her husband had been arrested for creating forged documents; she alleges she was raped on the orders of the chief of police for her actions. The officer was suspended but not arrested.[14]

Kainat Soomro was a 13-year-old schoolgirl when she was kidnapped and gang raped for four days. Her protest has led to the murder of her brother, a death sentence from the elders of her village, and threats from the rapists, who after four years still remain at large.[25]

In 2012 three members of the Border Police were remanded into custody for raping five women aged between fifteen and twenty-one. The women claim they were taken from a picnic area to the police station in Dera Ghazi Khan, where the police filmed themselves sexually assaulting the women

During the Bangladesh Liberation War, it is estimated that between 200,000[27] and 400,000[28] women and girls were sexually assaulted by the Pakistan armed forces and the Al-Badr ("the moon") and the Al-Shams ("the sun") militias that supported them

Pakistan...a real shit hole.
