Since I was born in a Portuguese colony and according to my parents we originally immigrated to the US illegally, could I still be a Portuguese citizen?
We are legal citizens of the US now but I do not recall my parents ever saying we renounced our prior citizenship. Could I have dual citizenship and not know about it?
I do know when we travel to Macau we do have to have passports. :confused
