Has anybody tried this workout routine??? For those of you who are not familiar (I wasn't until tonight) it's a program designed for you to build up gradually w/ workouts 3 times a week until you are able to run 3 miles non-stop. I'm seriously considering starting this, but it's kinda scary for me. I'm planning on starting the gym today and am thinking about doing at least 2 weeks of gym workouts before venturing into the C25K program.
So...anybody wanna do it w/ me??? LOL
