Has anybody tried this workout routine??? For those of you who are not familiar (I wasn't until tonight) it's a program designed for you to build up gradually w/ workouts 3 times a week until you are able to run 3 miles non-stop. I'm seriously considering starting this, but it's kinda scary for me. I'm planning on starting the gym today and am thinking about doing at least 2 weeks of gym workouts before venturing into the C25K program.

So...anybody wanna do it w/ me??? LOL

So obviously nobody wanted to do C25K, LOL...but I did finally start it. Tonight was Week 3, Day 1. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.

I did start that last year after i was cleared by my MD status post an ankle injury. It was FUn doing it especially if you have others- either here or on the C25K site who are there to cheer you on for each days achievements. Keep at it Natasha......it's not T00 heavy a transition from the Couch to 5k Run :D:thumbup

I may start and catch up with you by next month tho'......

BTW- they have that site at Facebook- it's awesome when some participants post daily their achievements. It's good to push one to do the same :D

I used to do 10K races. I was pretty ok at them, could run them in under 45 minutes. Would really like to do a marathon sometime.
