Converting MP3's to WMA's

anybody know of a program that is free and will convert mp3's to wma so that way i can listen to them on my cell phone?

your phone will play wmas but not mp3s?

yeah i found that out in an odd way....but i assume it's to save in file size and it probably has to do with limiting the sound quality to compliment the speakers.
