now before anyone goes out and buys this its a chinese film so its subtitled and filmed in black and white

it was a time that the japanese warrior put the samurai code to one side ......countless civilians were executed and tens of thousands of women were raped

its often brutal but factual,certainly not for the easily upset

the more i think about this the more brutally portrayed it was.....like the chinese women forced to work as comfort girls.....different man every 15 minutes....some just died

I seen this movie to a friends house .. he is Scottish and his wife is Chinese so he usually get a lot of chinese movies ..
