Have you ever been sitting in church and the preacher is preaching and you feel like he is preaching about you and he keeps looking over at you?

I went to church with my Dad Sunday on Fathers Day and I kept feeling guilty cause of what he was preaching about.

he may have really been working on you if he hasn't seen you there before , oh i don't go ether if i want to talk to God i just go outside.

Besides that all your god wants from you is to acknowledge your sins & ask forgiveness - all will be forgiven. He said so.

Well, that really depends what religion you are part of. Being Christian, I attend church services for the purpose of helping out the clergy as a church boy. There is a part of the church service where the priest preaches to everyone, but it's usually a brief suggestion about something relating to the service and nothing too major. What matters the most is carrying out the service itself.

Yip, we have had that happen.

Hubby and I aren't Christian, so we only ever go to church for weddings and funerals of close family. When we attended my grandfather's funeral last year, the preacher was preaching right at us, about how bad it is not to follow God's ways. I think my mother asked him to do it. We didn't feel guilty though, we are happy with our choices.

i dont go to church cause im not religous and was never baptised. i believe in GOD but i dont follow a certain denomination. so im a non denominational christian.

yeh i have felt like that before, out of all the people in the church why look at me when you say this? so what did he say?

i havent gone to church since I got married, but when I did go, I felt the same way at times.
