God this season brings out everybody with an opinion. I'm not religious but I went to a Baptist church growing up so I've grown up as it being Christmas and it will always be Christmas. Xmas is not insulting to me. I will not be reminding everybody to put the Christ back in Christmas because I am a history buff and I know this is all stuffandnonsense but God forbid will I be reminding everybody that I'm not religious and Christmas isn't all about Jesus. IJS

I'm not an overly religious person, but I do believe in God and I do try to be a good person. Having said that, I cannot STAND to see it written as Xmas. Not b/c it offends me for religious reasons...but b/c it's lazy and it looks stupid. How fucking hard is it to type out "Christmas"???

I read a cute story once describing how the "x" in Xmas symbolizes kissing...like in x's and o's. I know that's not what it is, but it was a really cute story and I always think of it as 'kissmas' now because of it. But I can't find it anymore...damn internet, lol.
