Carol of the Bells-It's different than most Christmas songs
Silent Night-No real reason
Away in a Manger-My sister and I used to play this all the time on recorders
O Holy Night-it's a beautiful song to begin with but since I learned it in ASL, it's even more beautiful to me

I never seem to be able to pick one favorite.....

Cartoon Christmas- Its just a fusion of a ton of christmas songs and converted to Jazz. I just played it today at our band concert. (Yes, I know... band nerd!)

We always played traditional songs in band except You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch (which was fun to play). I wish we had played a few songs like that one.

"Oh, Holy Night" probably. The "fall on your knees" part always gives me shivers.

Matt, myself and several friends recorded a version of it at our studio at my request. I really like the way it turned out.

The funniest one I've heard is "hey Sata Claus!" by Kevin Bloody Wilson but the best one hands down has got to be "Fairytale of New York" by the Pogues and the late great Kirsty MacColl!:)

O, Holy Night is my favorite. When sung properly, as in heartfelt, emotional and dramatic, it sends shivers down my spine. (Of course, when I sing it, too!:D)

Silver Bells-I like the words and music, again, if sung properly...(what's properly?)

The Christmas Song, but only if sung by Nat "King" Cole!!

For entertainment purposes and because it's cute and touching at the same time, Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer by Elmo and Patsy, because when the song is on, after each verse, my daughter will say something quick. The first time she did it, actually a week and a half ago, I just looked at her...she never ceases to amaze me at her creativity...(chip off the "old" block, perhaps? :D )

For example, part of the song goes:

You can say there's no such thing as Santa (my daughter will say quickly: "Yes there is!")
But as for me and Grandpa, we believe (my daughter will say quickly: "Yea, we do!")

God, I love my kid!!:)

Mine Would be

The best for me is Silent Night.. I dont know Why

There's something in the Chimney ...lol

" There's something stuck up in the chimney
And I don't know what it is,
But it's been there all year long.
I'll been waiting up for Santa like I did last year
But my brother says, "He's already here."
And he's stuck up in the chimney
And he doesn't say a word
And he'll be there every Christmas.
And we'll have him every Christmas."

Hee.. my favorite verse

and That Song by The Canadian brothers ( not really brothers or canadians but they were in the movie) about the Twelve days of Christmas.. Damn cant think of it
