Recent laws in Southern states reflect Christian nationalist ideologies. Is this a return to moral roots or a threat to pluralism?
How can secular governance coexist with religiously motivated lawmakers?

I see it more of a threat to pluralism. The west built itself through the resources it stole from Asia and Africa. They imported people form these continent to work from them and now they are restricting their rights to practice their culture.

Christian nationalism is increasingly shaping U.S. state policies by blending religion with governance. For example, some states passed laws favoring Christian symbols or restricting LGBTQ+ rights. I’ve noticed heated debates at local levels, reflecting how faith influences politics more strongly now.
