Until 10-15 years ago, online job was not even a career option but these days a lot of people are transitioning from a traditional job to an online career. When I began working online I was just testing waters, but I eventually chose freelancing for its flexibility and greater earning potential. Online work allowed me to save time and money on commuting and offered better work-life balance. What is your preferred way to work, online or offline?

I’m definitely curious about exploring an online career because of the flexibility and opportunities it offers. But honestly, I’d still be more willing to do a traditional job for now, there’s something about the structure and stability that feels reassuring.

Choosing depends on your priorities: stability and routine favor traditional jobs, while flexibility and creativity suit online careers. I tried both, office work felt secure, but online freelancing gave me freedom and growth I wouldn’t trade.

For now, I am majorly running an offline business. I just work online as a side hustle. Income with online jobs that I do are not stable. I want to build high income skills online and transition to working online full time with good pay.

I like online work for its flexible schedules not only provide with job satisfaction, better health, increased work-life fit, and less stress, but they also benefit me through higher productivity levels,

Flexibility certainly makes online jobs attractive, however, it also comes with a lot of risks such as job security, financial security and health issues (because you have to use computer for extended hours)
