Checking Out The Gym Booty

Today was the first day in awhile that I was lucky enough to be on the bike thingy at the gym and have some fine ass directly opposite on the treadmill... I had 10mins of starring at that booty

Haha, well it was set on a 10min hill circuit which goes up and down in speed, it's safe to say I didn't adjust the speed I was peddling once!

In the gym I visit, there's an upstairs area where the women can go to avoid the lechers - but men can't go there. Women can be on the machines staring over the balcony at everyone else though. Some choose to just use the stuff downstairs and I guess don't mind or just put up with the lechers.

Ahhh, there's this hot redheaded guy that's always at the gym in the morning when I am. I always get the elliptical w/ the best view. Makes time go by WAY quicker.

Never heard of this happen, pretty interesting. So basically the women who go up there think there good to look at? otherwise they'd be happy to train down with everyone else.

and see the freaky muscle guys with ugly faces and big noses
like to watch guys lifting too much weight to bulk up
when "people that are intelligent" know that fitness is better for the body moderately
less stress and more sleek functionality

not to mention they have a lot of bare foot cute girls there too...........

I hate to admit it but I have a friend who comes to the gym and does the stupid thing of lifting more than he can handle... does about 3 reps then has to take a 2 minute break before he can do another 3 reps! Cant be doing him any good.

Both, it's there - if they want it. I guess if they feel self conscious about their bits wobbling when they are running or whatever or just don't want lechers - they're up there.

There's plenty of women who choose to stay in the main bit of the gym. Some pretty hot ones too.

In my gym they've positioned it so all the running machines are facing walls & tv's, so we cant watch the boobies bobbing up and down. So I take advantage of the booties

Sadly not... the gyms are just full of meat heads nowadays! I'm happy to just stick to my program and lift what I can. Got no intention of "showing off" to impress people.
