Has there ever been a car you or someone you know has owned that you would like to relocate, buy and restore?

For me:
Very first car I bought: 1989 Honda Civic hatchback DX (mine was Milano RED)

I have many fond memories of this car...

I bought this car with my own money (mom put 300 for the down payment lol) and until it was paid off i paid every single penny for it.
car payment was 150, insurance payment was 300 LOL - My mom wanted me to taste responsibility and so she made me get and pay for my own insurance, and I always paid for my own gas.

First road trip
First time getting pulled over
First time i got under the influence
Endless nights with my buddies going to find skateboarding locations
First time i got arrested
First time I got out of being arrested by the beach police
First time i got pulled over while on the ferry (LOL)

how about y'all?

My favorite was My Red Ford Mustang GT T-top. I got challenged to so many races at red lights and I seldom lost, let me tell ya. As for Road trips, I did go back and forth to Seattle a lot when I was attending college and working fulltime and got a lot those two 110 mph tickets in back to back weekends. But I already told you all about that. I've been a much better girl (at least regarding speeding) since then. I only went to jail the one time ;)

My mom still has the title to it. It's sitting outside with trees growing around it... I want DESPERATELY to restore it... 1970 Monte Carlo... all the numbers still match too... Tranny has been rebuilt, the engine needs it BAD before we do the rest...

I always wanted a 1987 Porsche 911 Carrera Targa. Black with taupe leather interior. Whale tail, badass.

I'd take a new one, too - but that one still holds my heart. :)

when were you almost arrested by beach police?

sometime around 1998 or 1999

Nick, justin and the whole group of us took a trip to Galveston a few days after my 18th birthday.

We took a keg to a friends party (Lola purchased it, we all paid for it) on the other side of the ferry.

We arrived with our keg to a three keg beach party at someone's beach house
We partied our asses off and as usual, I had to get back home to work at the deli lol
We loaded everyone up and headed home...
as we got on the ferry
everyone started acting stupid (no surprise)
and when we figured out someone was getting a hand job under the blankets we had EVERYONE GOT OUT of the car...
Suddenly Justin decided he had not had enough beer
He popped the hatch
pulled the empty keg out of the hatch
put the keg over his head
started to suck the very last bit of beer out of that thing

Needless to say people saw him and someone reported us

We didn't make it to 45 and we got pulled over, checked for drugs and sobriety test (which i passed with flying colors)
We got escorted out of Galveston and were told to never some back lol

Only reason we got off so easy was that one of the girls in the car was the daughter of someone important in Galveston's PD

So was the cops daughter the one giving the hand job?

Best car story I can remember was when I was 24 and I met a "smokin" 40 year girl old at the bar. I told my buddies to go and leave without me and I'd find a ride home (club was 90 minutes from where we lived).

She drove a red Trans Am t-top. That night on the ride home, that woman showed me things that I didn't know were possible using a t-top along with some body parts. Rode in that car for over a year. Some good memories LOL

'69 Chevy Impala

When I win the lottery, I will buy one for my dad... it was his first car and he's always talking about how he'd like to restore one.

My dream car has always been an Aston Martin DB5.
It's on my bucket list to create a replica before I die.

With living on a sailboat we're saving to go offshore in a year or two to sail the world so, I don't know if I'll be taking it on anytime soon but hey, I'm only 21 I'm sure I'll get around to it at some point!
