Can't send this to recycle bin!!!

I had a file transferred to me earlier that I cancelled while it was transferring. It's on my desktop and it won't go into the recycle bin. I have Windows 7 and I've never had this happen before. I have no idea how to get rid of it. Here's what happens when I click to delete it...



Any ideas on how to get rid of this? I have skype already and don't want to do anything to mess it up. How do i get this into the recycle bin? I tried the Try Again but to no avail. Thanks to whoever can help!

Add/Remove program is only for entire programs, this is just one individual file, I've had this same problem a bunch of times in the past and have yet to figure out how to get rid of them

Uninstalling the program won't delete the setup file...I don't think...

I tried that already and it's a Part file with 0 bytes. It's not finding it anywhere.
