Strength training has been shown to improve bone density and overall bone health, but how does it work? Do you include weightlifting or resistance exercises in your routine for bone health? How have you noticed improvements in your bones or joints through strength training, and how does it help prevent osteoporosis or other bone-related conditions?

Yes, strength training can significantly improve bone health. It stimulates bone growth by increasing bone density and reducing the risk of fractures. Weight-bearing exercises like squats, deadlifts, and resistance training help maintain strong, healthy bones, especially as we age.

I never thought about it, but it is possible, as long as one does not overdo it, because if it is a long time of strength training then no, in the long run and in excess it is clearly bad, even harmful to health, but in the right measure from what I read it seems that it is very good for health.

Sure, Strength training exercises, especially those that involve weight-bearing impact, put stress on bones, stimulating them to build more bone tissue and increasing their density.

Some studies suggest that strength training could improve bone health. However, you should remember that bone health depends aon a lots of other factors as well. Your overall diet and lifestyle habits have a huge impact in your none health. You should avoid drinking soda.
