I hear that...I had to call dell support many years ago...while they were helpful I could not understand them.
I will say I did have good support while dealing with satellite internet recently...They sent me a new modem with a prepaid label to send the old one back....everyone was easy to understand.

Frustrating as can be when the people who are suppose to be helpful cannot understand you either.

I phoned Sky (cable company) last week to get rid of a couple of channel packages I get so I could get a cheaper deal. Initially I got through to the upgrade department, the guy there told me he'd transfer me to the downgrade department. I asked why he couldn't just do it there, he said the system he had didn't allow it, fair enough. He transferred me and it took the better part of 5 minutes. This woman came on the other end, and we talked about it. I just wanted to get rid of the movie channels I get. I got the usual spiel about more movies coming soon (the problem is they're all shite) and that, to which I replied "can we just cancel what I want to be cancelled? This call is costing me money". It was long and frustrating.

TM, the support for Hughes net was over in India and between their dialect and my hearing problem it was not a good mix. If we would have had any choice besides dial up I would have dumped them. Moved across the border in the middle of a bunch of Amish and have fiber optic DSL with unlimited long distance for less than I was paying for satellite. I did lose my Buffalo stations and had to watch NYC till we got locals on Direct tv.

I am using Dishnet...They all sound American..I think Hughes net has a better FAP policy however.
Dealing with the dish when it comes to the dish for the TV{same company} can get a little complicated, I dread calling for any problems.
Everything is high here...about 13 cents a kw for electric over a penny a gallon for water...toss in a cellphone some internet and TV..you would think I was in NYC with prices.
Was without power for a day during the last storm...the lady on the phone was nice as well as easy to understand though :)
I would have to say my worst encounter on the phone for being hard to understand was with DELL years ago....I believe Dell support was India at the time,I am not sure if that has changed though.
