Not just any though, the one who has two women who love me cause I moved their system over to their new location.

Talked about trying to set up a time to come in and talk about what kind of rates I can get for a 50-60k mortgage on an older sorta 'fixxerupper' type of a home in New Haven.

I'm hoping to find a nice 1-2 bedroom home for 40-50 and use the extra 10k to pay off my car so I can afford the other bills along with it.

Right after that I called my ins company to inquire what kind of information they'd need before they could put me on a Escrow based homeowners insurance plan. They basically told me I'd need to value of the home, the loan, etc etc.

It'll be nice when I move for the final time.

I talked with my current roommate about trying to set something up so his monthly bills won't go up a whole lot. My ins agent said the homeowners would be between 100-600 a year depending on the cost/age of the house.

I pay 100 a year for renters right now, so even at 600 a year it won't raise my ins THAT much.

But it really depends on what the misc bills for the house are, water, electric, gas, garbage, etc. (I believe in new haven water/garbage are combined).

I think I could skate this on my own, but I'd also like to have cable in my name but just my roommate pays it, and portions of my mortgage payment to stay there.

Actually I have some questions for current home owners.

When you first started out, how much was your mortgage for, what was your rate and how much were your payments? Any hidden fees I should be on the look out for? What kind of coverage did you have on your ins?
